 Placements at the institute are handled by the Training and placement cell under the supervision of the faculty, through a process that optimizes the interests of both the students and the companies. The T &P Cell gets involved in the process right from the corporate interactions, throughout the year, to pre-placement talks, to co-ordinating activities during placement days.
There are three main placement activities on campus- summer recruitments for the first year students, and Lateral and Final recruitments for the second year students.
There is now a universal acceptance that India is riding high on growth and because of this more organizations are being setting up base in India and organizations already present are growing exponentially with a huge demand of skilled managers. This scenario has fuelled demand for skilled managers by India Incorporation and subsequently Indian Business Schools have started enjoying 100% placements and multiple job offers for their management graduates.

The Placement team of SBIM has been sourcing job openings by matching students’ knowledge, skills, personality traits and attitudes to the varied requirements of the job. |
