 A multi-pronged process is followed by the Institute for admission in the Management Programme.
Eligibility: A candidate applying for the programme must have pursued and completed bachelor or equivalent degree under the 10+2+3 system in any discipline from a University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/ AICTE.
Those candidates who have appeared in their final year examination of the bachelor degree can also apply for the Programme subject to condition that they have to fulfill all formalities regarding their examination before August, 2011.
Admission Procedure: The admission to the Programme is provided purely on the basis of merit. The merit is assessed on the following basis:
- Score in the written admission test: score in the written admission test conducted for MBA aspirants. The valid tests for this purpose are CAT 2010 conducted by IIMs or MAT conducted by AIMA (All India Management Association) or XAT conducted by XLRI or ATMA conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools.
- Past academic record: the academic performance of the candidate in preceding examinations (10+2 and bachelor).
- Work experience: previous work experience
- Group discussion and personal interview: performance of short listed candidate in group discussion and personal interview
